[Reloaded] Automatic check of media files integrity (Python3 Project)

Thanks to garygan89 pull request, and few changes of mine, my check-media-integrity Python2 script is now a Python3 script.

It comes also with a bugfix (quite mysterious one.. indeed) that in few cases causes the Config obj to be seen as NoneType.
